Punch Buggy is our “go-to” reliably tasty alternative. We delight in trying the new coffees that you provide and I keep a portion of the labels for reference. We write on them a brief assessment. Generally we find Ethiopian and Costa Rican coffees very good and reliable but it’s fun when other countries unexpectedly surprise which I think may be related to your buying from different growers. Love the coffee, but shipping has been complete nightmare lately. It takes weeks to even start roasting, so I’m stuck with no coffee after forking out hundreds of dollars. The delivery needs reworking ASAP. I never had any complaints but 2024 has been getting worse and worse for processing and shipping times.
This espresso walks the line between conventional and "specialty" coffee well. Grear acidity without being overpowering, and easy to dial in and keep consistent. I've adopted it as my standard daily brew at this point.
