Sous Chef

We are a team that is incredibly passionate yet approachable in the work that we do whether that’s behind the bar, in our kitchen or serving our guests. And we’re looking for someone equally passionate about food and the community around it to join us.

Detour Café is seeking to hire a sous chef to assist our Head Chef in the day to day operations of our kitchen. Detour is a certified FEAST ON restaurant and we love to work with local ingredients. Almost everything is made in house, and we love to highlight really fantastic farms, beverage makers and vendors from across the province.
