Opened in January of 2011, our cafe showcases the seasonal coffees we source and freshly roast. We also house Dear Grain, our sister brand that bakes natural levain and slow ferment artisan bread, and pastries and jams made by our pastry chef Camilla Wynne, founder of The Preservation Society. Camilla has been a pastry professional for over a decade and is one of Canada's only Master Preservers.
