Online orders
are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is in production we cannot make changes to it. For cancellations within the 24 hour window please email us at hello@detourcoffee.com. We do not offer price adjustments. 

Confirmed Subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please ensure that you modify your upcoming subscription orders to suit your needs prior to the scheduled production date.

Merchandise and brewing gear orders can be returned within 15 days of purchase in unused condition, with unopened original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once gear has been received and deemed unused. Please email hello@detourcoffee.com to initiate the return.

Pickup orders are not eligible for cancelation after 24 hours. Any unclaimed pickup orders will not be refunded, we will send a reminder the following week for pick up. If you want it shipped, your order will have to make the free shipping threshold ($60) or will be charged at the customer's expense. 

Please note that we don’t accept returns or provide refunds on roasted coffee.
