Great roast! Tastes delicious. It just doesn’t work well with my stainless steel pour over filter for some reason. The grinds cake up and the drip stalls, leaving a puddle of water in the filter that just doesn’t move. I’ve tried everything including increasing the grind size a bit but nothing seems to work … except using a paper filter which is not my fave. The Mexico Amatenango de la Frontera Decaf worked much better with my stainless filter. (I hope that one come back?!?) But again, the roast is delicious; is just doesn’t seem to work well with my setup.

I'm not experienced in coffee but I found this pack to be very smooth and enjoyable without adding any cream or sugar. Not too roasted tasting, not too sour, just good solid coffee.

Just had a cup of Colombia Huila Decaf, and honestly, I almost forgot it was decaf. It’s smooth, with a nice balance of chocolate and subtle fruity notes—nothing too sharp, just a mellow, comforting cup. There’s a bit of sweetness that lingers, and the body is surprisingly rich for a decaf. No weird aftertaste, no flatness, just a solid, easy-drinking coffee. Definitely one I’d reach for when I want a late-night cup without the caffeine keeping me up.
