In January of 2011, we opened the DETOUR Café in Dundas, Hamilton, Ontario.
Our cafe showcases the coffees we source and roast. We also serve amazing food, making all of our sauces, jams, and baked goods from scratch, using locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.
We invite you to stop by if you’re ever in the neighbourhood.
We very excited to announce the newest addition to the Detour team: Pastry Chef Camilla Wynn, founder of The Preservation Society. Camilla has been a pastry professional for over a decade and is one of Canada's only Master Preservers.
