How To Make A Coffee Manhattan

One we also like to call "Night Drive", this cocktail is rich, complex and satisfying. Appropriately a drink for the long summer nights spent on a patio listening to the world go by.

Many spirits can be mixed in as a substitute, but the aged rum adds a complementary syrupy-oaky sweetness that we love. Plus, a nice aged dark rum loves orange!

What you’ll need:

1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

1 oz Aged Dark Rum (recommend El Dorado 12 year)

1 oz sweet red vermouth (recommend Dolin or Punt e Mes)

Ice (8 to 12 cubes)

Orange peel, to garnish

  1. Add the cold brew, rum, and vermouth to the cocktail shaker. Add the ice.
  2. Stir the cocktail for a minimum of 30 seconds. The outside of the shaker should go frosty.
  3. Strain into a low ball glass and garnish with orange peel.
