Shockingly good

Most blends I've used tend to be more medium-roasted even if the description leans towards fruity, floral, or juicy notes. This was genuinely light-roasted, and goes perfectly with milk if you have the right burr set to pull these shots. 19.5g in, 43g out under 25 seconds was perfect for a flat white.

Possible bad batch

My first bag purchased months ago was delicious. Clear fruity notes but this recent couple bags that I got was muddy and over roasted. Was hoping this could be by go to but instead will possibly try again in the distant future.
