Coffee Story
Amatenango de la Frontera is a region near the Guatemalan border in Mexico. The coffee grown here is similar to Guatemala's well-known Huehuetenango growing region. This decaf coffee is processed using the Mountain Water Process. The coffee is treated with a water solution to extract the caffeine. The water is then filtered to capture the flavour molecules. After that, the caffeine-free water is reintroduced to the green coffee, allowing the flavour and other compounds to be restored to the beans. The coffee is then dried and prepared for export.

Literally the best decaf on the planet

I like to have a regular coffee in the morning but too much caffeine through the day just doesn’t work for me. Your decaf is the best! My partner who won’t touch decaf is always looking for an evening cup from my stash and I have to hide it!

Phenomenal decaf. No, scratch that. Phenomenal *coffee*.

This is one of those decaf coffees that'll have you questioning whether or not there really IS caffeine in it. There's this tendency to talk bout decaf in somewhat disparaging terms. "Oh, it's pretty good... for decaf."

But for this particular roast, you'll be saying, "wow, this is fantastic... period."

I love coffee, but I've had to pull back on caffeine because it disagrees with my medication and messes with my sleep. With this roast, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

Heck, I'm even *gaining* something: the ability to have coffee whenever I want, even late. What a pleasure.

I hope you guys continue to explore decaf and bring even more roasts to choose from.
