Digital Gift Card (Online Use Only)

I bought this a couple of years ago for my husband in addition to a subscription thinking he could add on a new subscription or buy different coffeees to try. Problem is … he doesn’t want a number of bags at once or can never take advantage of any of the deals or free shipping because they use a code and it is a code that he needs to enter. He can’t even get a subscription with it he says…AI confirms that. So it’s mostly still sitting there…waiting for a flawed system to be fixed.

It's the worst gift card I’ve ever given if I’m being honest. I like this company but get your payment company to do better in redeeming codes (it can’t be that hard) or don’t offer it without screaming it from the rooftops all the clauses that should come with it. Normally, I’d buy him coffee for Christmas and birthdays, but while that gift card sits doing nothing, I’m just not throwing good money after bad.

Ps it made me choose 1 to 5 for quality and taste …which I’m just rating the gift card … not the coffee

I would have liked an option to use 2 eMails for the order.

1 for the purchaser (proof of purchase), 1 for the recipient's but for the recipient there would need to be an option to delay the eMail.

(purchaser to be able to select date & time the digital gift card eMail is to be delivered to the recipient)

It was easy to purchase and has been easy to use for the person I got it for.

I had a couple of questions and they were answered pronto!

I purchased the online gift card with the plans of printing it right away and mailing it that day to a friend. The gift card system had known issues and while I received the email with the gift card I couldn’t access it. I had to email you for help, and the next day the card was canceled and just a new gift card number was given to me. It took away from this being a gift as I just had a number to provide plus the hassle of having to reach out to you. If the system isn’t working why allow the purchase to go through?
