Great variety pack

A mix of interesting beans. Brewed each of these with a variety of methods including V60, Chemex and espresso. Found the Holiday Espresso pretty balanced with good body on espresso, not particularly acidic and easy drinking. My favourite of the three was Holiday Blend. I most enjoyed brewing the Holiday Blend with V60 and espresso and found it more interesting and complex with fruity notes. The Benedicion was interesting. Never seen the pacamara variety of beans before and they’re huge. A bit harder to dial in for an even grind for espresso but for pour over it brewed well. I generally enjoy natural process coffees and although this didn’t have any undesirable strong fermented flavours, something was a bit lacking. Overall a good variety pack that has a mix of safe balanced blends and more adventurous flavours.
