Why we love this coffee

Old faithful!! Rich and balanced with loads of sugar browning aromatics, a syrupy texture and sweet flavours of deep chocolate, nut and cherry. This coffee always gives us Reese’s peanut butter cup vibes. Can’t really go wrong.

As Detour’s flagship coffee, this blend is built around the love of coffees from the Cachoeira da Grama farm in Brazil, Punch Buggy maintains a Brazil base while rotating fresh, vibrant seasonal Central American coffees through the blend.

This has become my go to

We have these beans pretty much dialed in and is the taste we judge other coffee’s. We find it very similar to propeller outbound, firebat espresso but punch buggy is consistently smoother.

The perfect at home espresso

Punch Buggy is my default at home espresso, it always tastes amazing and has a high tolerance for machine miscalibrations. Realistically I do not have the time or patience to dial my machine as often as I would like, but Punch Buggy seems to not care - always delivering me a pleasant cup of espresso. 🤎
