Not surprised everyone loves it . So do I. It's a great blend right now, sweet smooth rich and chocolatey.
But I have a major complaint about your pricing policy . I ordered two bags early in the week in which you later mounted a 20%(25%?) sale. You made no attempt to make a good will gesture to customers who paid regular price just a few days earlier. You seemed to ignored this injustice. Very annoying and discourteous! When this happens why not offer to give an equivalent credit on our next order to those of us who miss the sale by a few days. Your lack of a good will policy for this situation leaves me reluctant to order from you in the future. At least respond to this complaint. Thanks

I am having a tough time finding the correct grind for this coffee. I tried to use an 18gram basket for an 18 gram shot (36 gram total weight after pull). It seems that there is too much head room for the shot and the more fine I grind the more it compacts and the worse the problem gets. I get better results from a 20gram shot in the 18gram basket. Not sure if others are seeing the same thing?
