Nice kettle, bad quality control, no customer service

The kettle is nice while it works and you can find many reviews showing you this online. But Fellow has an issue with their heating elements suddenly failing on this unit. You can find many purchasers on social media with this issue beginning in 2022. Mine stopped working completely, for no particular reason, shortly after a year, and I was told by Fellow that my only option was to buy a new kettle. Considering the price, I cannot recommend this kettle.

You know they make great coffee and happy to share with you that their excellent customer extends to kettles, too. Shipped fast and they kept us informed all along the way! Pour overs - how did we ever manage without this beautiful kettle!
