Make a Holiday Inspired Salted Honey & Rosemary Latte at-home
We're leaping straight back into all the holiday feels!! This year, we're skipping the sweet treat and opting into savoury flavours as we kick up the holiday festivities and rock around the tree through the wee hours of the morning. We've been on the lookout for the perfect combination of flavour somewhere between savoury & earthy and we think we've found the perfect combination to sip on whilst you making memories during the most wonderful time of the year!
But that's enough yap from us.... let's get festive and create the Salted Honey & Rosemary Latte already!!
Salted Honey & Rosemary Latte Ingredients:
- Honey of choice
- Maldon Salt
- Espresso Beans
- Scale
- Espresso Machine
- Grinder
- Rosemary
- Whole Milk or Alternative Milk
Measurements:
- 42 grams of Holiday Espresso (or Punch Buggy Espresso works wonderful too!!)
- 100 grams of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon + a pinch of maldon salt (for sprinkling on top)
- 8oz of milk or alternate milk
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 1/4 cup of hot water
Recipe Instructions:
Homemade salted honey rosemary syrup: our recommendation is to pre-combine ahead of beverage assembly
- In a sealable glass jar combine and stir the following: 100 grams of your favourite honey
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon of maldon salt
- 2 or 3 springs of rosemary
- Seal in airtight container and let it rest overnight
*We recommend at least 24 hours of infusion or 48 hours if you've got the time ;)

- Place one ounce of pre-infused home made salted honey and rosemary syrup into your serving cup
- Pull your double shot of espresso
- Pour coffee dose into the and mix generously so espresso is well infused
- Steam milk & integrate into your espresso
- Sprinkle maldon salt on top for a crunch
- Add a sprig of rosemary on top to garnish
