How to make an Iced Coffee & Tonic

Ready to kick up your morning coffee routine a notch for the hot hot summer months? Or looking to get busy jamming to some tunes in your backyard and kick it with your pals over a cold beverage? Well, we've got ya covered, no matter what plans are for the summer months with our own take on a good ol' fashion Gin & Tonic, but this time with coffee, to bring you an iced coffee & tonic — SUMMER EDITION.

With our friends over at Barbet, we've partnered up to make our version of an Iced Coffee & Tonic with their sparkling water Love Bite. Their beverage combines tart pink grapefruit with a cheeky bite of ginger and undertones of earthy juniper. It pairs perfectly with a double-shot of Bouncy Castle Espresso to keep the party going all summer long!!

So that's enough yap from us, let's get to the good stuff!!

What you'll need:

  1. Barbet Love Bite 355mL can
  2. Bouncy Castle Espresso
  3. Ice

Serving Size: One Beverage

Duration: 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Grab your favourite glass or tumbler
  2. Pour in a healthy amount of ice to keep your drink icy cold
  3. Pour one full can of Barbet Love Bite over ice (or split between you and a pal if you prefer in small increments)
  4. Pull a double shot of Bouncy Castle Espresso (2.5g:1g, 18 grams of coffee, 45 grams out at 30 seconds)
  5. Serve & Enjoy!!
