It’s like meandering through an English garden on a warm summer morning with lovely delicate floral aromatics. Each sip reveals a little something more with a juicy tea-like texture, and delicate flavours of sweet black tea, cherry cola and a squeeze of lemon.

Coffee Story
Villa Camilla is a beautiful Pink Bourbon variety lot that comes to us from Colombian producer Daniel Muñoz’s farm in the San Agustin area of the Huila region. Daniel Muñoz and his family have been farming for many years in the region with their primary crop being sugar cane. Villa Camila is a farm that he purchased specifically to produce high-end specialty coffee and is dedicated to growing exclusively Pink Bourbon and Gesha. Daniel and his wife Naydu are committed to forming sustainable relationships with those who purchase their coffees, taking care of the environment, and sharing what they learn with their community.

A pinnacle of “cola” notes in coffee

Very reminiscent of Muzo Giko Hill (if you’ve ever had it and loved it). If you’ve run out of your Muzo Giko supply and are missing it (like I am), than you’ll absolutely appreciate this one.
