How do we feel about this coffee
It feels rich, deep and densely sweet, like chamomile tea with a spoonful of honey, freshly toasted almonds with a bit of brown sugar sprinkled on top and melting cacao and butter on a brisk September morning.
Coffee Story
Tres Pinos is grown by the Gamboa Family in the San Pablo de León Cortés micro-region in Tarrazú on their family farm after the same name, Tres Pinos. Producer Emilio and his Father, Tuto Gamboa, are passionate about providing high-quality coffee and stability through long-term relationships. They decided to build and open a micro mill, Montes de Oro, 2006 to process and oversee their coffee operations. This specific lot is a Cataui variety that is fully washed on-site.
