Sweater Weather | Fall Blend

How do we feel about this coffee?

I don’t know about you, but there's nothing quite like showing our spirit for those first fall days and the feeling of layering up in your favourite knits with a jean jacket on top and heading out for a stroll. This blend captures all that in a super comfy mug with warming aromatics of soft citrus and dried fruits that make way for a heavy texture and layered notes of red apple, toasted hazelnut and caramel.

Coffee Story
Our limited fall blend combines two lovely lots from famous specialty coffee regions in Guatemala and Mexico. The major component of this limited blend is a field blend of Caturra, Cataui, and Bourbon grown by the 10 to 15 producers at 1550 to 1650 MASL close to the small town of San Antonio Huista in the Huehuetenango region of Northern Guatemala. The lots are washed on each producer's wet mill and then sun-dried on patios. The Minor component of this limited blend is another lot grown by the Ñuu group of indigenous and mestizo families in the Mixteca region of Oaxaca in Mexico. Each producer's average farm size is between 0.5 and 2 hectares, where they grow a combination of Typica and Bourbon varieties. Each coffee is roasted separately and then blended post-roast.
