How do we feel about this coffee
It feels sweet and warming but with a hint of spice, like cinnamon on baked apples, drizzling honey on toasted almonds and sipping on a Mexican hot chocolate while you glide along the ice at an outdoor skating rink.
Coffee Story
Finca El Molino is located in the Ahuachapan department of El Salvador. Buena Vista is a section of the El Molino Farm that means 'Good View' in Spanish, about the extremely high altitudes and views from the farm. This specific lot is dried on clay patios on the farm and raised beds under the sun. The added elevation while drying can create more complex flavours in the coffee. The Bourbon trees on this farm (like many others in the region) can vary between 40-80 years of age.
