Luis Alberto’s farm, Un Regaló de Dios, is located in the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range in the municipality of Mozonte, which is in the North of the department of Nueva Segovia. The farm is 130 beautiful acres of sandy soil, surrounded by a clouded forest, creating a rich biodiverse microclimate with optimal coffee growing conditions. The care and attention to detail that goes into every lot processed on this farm are second to none, with meticulous detail at every stage, starting with optimal cherry-picking at the farm level through to carefully controlled fermentation and drying of the coffees.
