Why we love this pack

Taste the wonderful regionality and immaculate honey processing techniques of Costa Rica in this three-coffee set, which features the award-winning Gamboa Family and Calderon Family's micro mills Montes de Oro and Los Angeles. The featured farms and coffees are Finca El Yasal from Montes de Oro, Don Cayito and Quebrade Grande from the Los Angeles micro mill. Known for the honey process and micro mills, the region of Tarrazu is famous in the specialty coffee industry and is visited by roasters and coffee exporters worldwide. The area sits at an extremely high altitude. The farms are perched among mountain peaks scattered throughout the region, offering microclimates that differ hugely from one side of the mountain.
