Kalibus La Sierra is a multiple Cup of Excellence winning farm, located within the Sierra de las Minas nature reserve in the El Progresso region of Guatemala. This coffee, hand-picked and washed with pure water from springs on the property, is processed at the wet mill operated on the farm and fermented for 36 hours, then slowly dried on african raised beds for up to twelve days. In the cup, this lot is brimming with sugary aromatics and notes of cherry, yellow plum and hazelnut.
