How do we feel about this coffee

It is jammy and juicy, like spreading homemade raspberry jam on a buttery croissant and getting home from school, cracking open a Grape Crush to watch reruns of Saved by the Bell.
Coffee Style

Coffee Story
Grown in the renowned coffee-producing Nyeri district in the highlands between the Aberdare Ranges and the western slopes of Mt Kenya close to the town of Gatitu, this classic Kenyan coffee comes to us through the incredible importer at Catalyst Trade from a group of 900 coffee producers that bring their freshly picked coffee cherry to the local Wachuri Factory washing station.

The coffee itself is a blend of local varieties of SL-28, SL 34 and small pockets of Ruiru 11 grown in red volcanic soil. Once freshly picked, Wachuri coop members sort their daily harvests to cull any that are too ripe or not ripe enough or damaged cherries before bringing them to be inspected and weighed by the factory. After that, the washing station workers process, ferment, wash and dry the parchment before transporting it to the dry mill.
