How do we feel about this coffee

It feels super comfy, layered and warm like cinnamon sticks in an apple cider, a slice of pumpkin pie with a shortbread crust topped with heavy whipping cream and throwing on your favourite vest and a flannel and taking a hayride through the apple orchard.

Coffee Story
Our limited fall blend combines two lovely lots from famous specialty coffee regions in Guatemala and Peru, respectively.

Guatemala San Antonio Huista 🇬🇹
The major component is a regional field blend of Caturra, Cataui, and Bourbon grown by the Primavera Family group of producers at 1550 to 1650 MASL close to the small town of San Antonio Huista in the Huehuetenango region of Northern Guatemala. The lots are all washed on each producer's wet mill and then sun-dried on patios.

Peru La Palestina 🇵🇪
The minor component of this limited blend is grown on remote land above the village of El Triunfo in the San Jose de Alto district in Cajamarca by seven smallholder members of the Alarcon Family. The 11 hectares of farms called La Palestina are split across seven small parcels where the family collectively picks and processes coffee during the harvest to maximize efficiency. They each have their specializations within the cultivation and processing chain.
