It feels juicy, bright, and breezy, like a freshly sliced honeydew melon, a refreshing lemon-lime spritz, a fudgesicle on a stroll to the local Piazza Mercato, or riding on a Vespa along the Amalfi Coastline.

Coffee Story
This year, our limited summer blend pairs two incredible African coffees! One is from Ethiopia's renowned Wush Wush village in the Keffa Zone, and the other is from the Remera Sector of the Gatsibo District of Rwanda.

Ethiopia Tsebel Keffa
The main component of this year's blend is a washed Ethiopian coffee with aromatic florals and crisp citrus grown by local farmers in the Keffa Zone. The coffee is sourced from about 2500 smallholder farms and processed at Dinkalem Ademe and Sofiya's washing station near Ginbo. The coffee cherries are harvested from naturally occurring plants around the farmers' homes and then brought to the washing station for processing. After pulping, fermenting, and washing, the coffee is dried on long beds using water from the nearby Agama River. The workers at the washing station carefully monitor the drying process to ensure optimal moisture content.

Rwanda Stratton Nzaramba
The Minor component of this limited blend is grown in the Gatsibo District of Rwanda. This blend includes coffees from Stratton's farms and surrounding smallholders who deliver coffees to the Humure. Coffee cherries are intensively sorted to ensure only the ripest are chosen. After de-pulping and double fermentation, the coffee is rigorously washed and soaked in water. It's then moved onto shaded drying beds for 48-72 hours before being transferred to full sun beds for drying. The total drying time for washed-process coffee is around 30-40 days.
