We love this brewer. Both for the great coffee you can produce and the speed and ease of brewing into a single cup and cleaning up within seconds.

Made of BPA free plastic, the aeropress is essentially like the body of a big syringe.  After inserting an aeropress paper filter, you add coffee to the bottom tube, pour water from a kettle over top, stir, and then add the top plunger.  Wait for 30-40 seconds and plunge into your cup below.

This full immersion style of brewing has the advantage of evenly extracting all the coffee grounds like a French Press but without the sediment in the cup.  We've had some beautiful cups that fully express the character of a particular coffee from the aeropress.  Some people prefer the stronger cup you can produce with the aeropress while others like to add water after brewing to make it similar to a fiter style coffee.

The aeropress comes supplied with 350 filters.
